R&D Smart Match 2D will equip your robotic systems with intelligent 2D vision. The automated robotic plant with transport systems, which uses processing queue management software with / without identification tag, can be updated with our R&D Smart Match 2D system capable of automatically detecting the object being processed and therefore performing the robot program correctly.
The system consists of a camera and an industrial PC for data processing. We have equipped the software with a simple user interface, available immediately and ready to use.
The program is capable of storing images of different objects, identifying them and combining specific objects with one another.
The solution is very versatile, it can be integrated on any industrial robot, on new or existing plants.

To overcome compatibility, configuration and performance issues, we supply a complete industrial pc calibrated and customized to the needs of the plant. In addition to the software solution, we provide with the necessary hardware, already tested. R&D Smart match 2D is a key solution in hand.
