R&D Smart Match 3D will equip your robotic systems with intelligent 3D vision. Thanks to the R&D Smart Match 3D recognition system, with which your robots will be able to automatically re-orient the robot programs, measuring the actual position of the object being processed with extreme precision.
The expensive clamping equipment or mechanical jigs can easily be replaced by our R&D Smart Match 3D.
The system consists of a 3D acquisition sensor that generates the measurement data, typically called Point Cloud (cloud of points), and an elaboration software, which calculates the position and orientation of objects and updates the robot’s path.
